GeIL To Launch DDR5-8000 Next Year

Golden Emperor International Ltd. announced yesterday that it would be bringing DDR5-8000 modules to market Q1 2023 in both Polaris and Evo V flavors. These will use 1.45V to run enhanced 38-48-48-90 timings, and have been validated on an Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Apex in both AIDA64 and HCI MemTest Pro.

Q1 starts in a few days, and we hope that these will be available shortly after CES Las Vegas. As for the lack of a firm launch day, we can only guess that these are being validated in small batches and GeIL would like to build up an adequate supply before officially bringing these to market.
