AIDA64 v6.60 Improves Alder Lake Support

Finalwire released Monday an update to its AIDA64 testing and validation software, with headlined improvements that target Intel’s recently released Alder Lake CPU architecture, ie 12th Gen Core CPUs.

• AVX-512 and AVX2 accelerated benchmarks for Intel Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors
• Improved support for Intel Raptor Lake CPU and DDR5 memory modules
• Support for DDR5 XMP 3.0 memory profiles
• Preliminary support for Intel Meteor Lake CPU

Also included on that list are improved GPU details for nVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 12GB and GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop, though this obviously isn’t connected to its Alder Lake efforts.

Finalwire’s press release also lists a group of improvements since version 6.00, but with version 6.10 already over two years old that list has become primarily an overview of feature for which users of AIDA64 are mostly familiar. Those less familiar can find the list here.
