Choices should be easy for those who just want to get online, open a few browser tabs and edit a few docs, but the unfortunate creep in memory consumption that should have pushed most users away from 8GB machines a few years ago became critical with Windows 11: You need 16GB (unless you’re a pro that needs…more), and if you’re other needs aren’t that great, you’ll probably want it in a compact form factor.
